1. Scope This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to holiday packages and bookings provided by Tripora Enterprises, subject to the package terms communicated to the customer and applicable law.
2. Package Cancellation Before Any Booking If the customer cancels the package before any trip or service booking has been made, cancellation may be requested within three months from the date of purchase. An amount equal to 5% of the applicable package amount plus applicable GST will be deducted, and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
3. Advance Payment A minimum 30% advance is required to proceed with a booking. Once the relevant booking arrangements have been initiated or confirmed, the applicable cancellation terms below will apply. Where the remaining payment is not made as required, Tripora may place the booking on hold or cancel it, and the advance may be non-refundable subject to applicable law.
4. Cancellation of a Confirmed Trip Refunds for cancellation of a confirmed trip are as follows: • 5 days before the scheduled trip: 80% refund. • 4 days before the scheduled trip: 65% refund. • 3 days before the scheduled trip: 50% refund. • 2 days before the scheduled trip: 25% refund. • Same day: 0% refund. These percentages apply to the eligible amount under the booking and are subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
5. Destination Changes After advance payment, the destination cannot be changed under the standard package terms. A customer may request an extension of the holiday, subject to availability and payment of the additional amount applicable to the extension.
6. Unavailable Confirmed Service If Tripora Enterprises is unable to provide a confirmed booking, the customer will be offered the available option of an alternative booking or a 100% refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

The treatment of any refund or additional amount will depend on the circumstances and the confirmed package terms.
8.
